The Dam - Jayhawker's Smokin At Edana HIC FDJ

Jayhawker's Smokin At Edana HIC FDJ "Bliss" has been an amazing little girl.  In the show ring she amazes the judges with her clean, solid movement.  She may be on the smaller side of the scale but don't let that fool you.  She has placed in every Open Derby run except one.  Bliss is the first Brittany in Canada to garner a Herding Instinct Title.  Behind her there are 19 HOF Brittanys n 6 generations, many DC and a lot of spectacular names.  Hi-Scor Jac D Ruffian, Ban Dee, Renegade's Kansas Kid, Jordean All Kiddin Aside JH and Kinwashkly Smoking Hank just to name a few.

Bliss is not only a beautiful correct little girl, she is also our best friend and constant companion.  When she is not out running in the field or strutting her stuff in the show ring Bliss can be found sleeping on the couch (which she secretly thinks is hers) or listening to the kids read a book to her.  At just over 17 1/2" she is on the smaller end of the height standard.  Often I have had people call her the "pocket pup" but this little dynamo tears it up when out running (she keeps up and sometimes laps my aussies).  Judge James Noe told me when he awarded her a 3 point WB that he had saw her outside of the ring and didn't pay attention since she was so small.  But as soon as she stepped in the ring he couldn't not give her the win!

Bliss is a joy to live with, she is extremely smart and LOVES to be the center of attention.  She has travelled with others and they all have said she is very well behaved and a joy to be around. My goals with her first litter is to improve on topline, give more bone/substance to the pups, combine show flashy and field smarts to produce the overall correct, birdy, showy pup.
